Lex Christopherson e9676202e1 fix: add tests and clarify edge cases for multi-credential auth storage 
- Add 14 tests covering round-robin, session-sticky, login accumulation,
  backoff/fallback, and getAll() truncation behavior
- Document getAll() truncation is intentional (OAuth refresh only)
- Add comment in markUsageLimitReached explaining round-robin race
  is benign in single-threaded event loop context
