Implements a Rust napi-rs module that parses YAML-like frontmatter, markdown sections, and roadmap structures from .gsd/ files. Provides parseFrontmatter, extractSection, extractAllSections, batchParseGsdFiles, and parseRoadmapFile functions exposed via @gsd/native.
