Lex Christopherson 91ec77291a merge: resolve conflicts with origin/main for PR #2008 ... Merge main's userSubdirs guard pattern with ecosystem skills directory migration logic. Keep both detection.ts entry sets (PR's expanded markers + main's .NET/Xcode/Docker entries). Preserve PR's skills test assertion.
