Add "success" to notify type union across ExtensionUIContext, interactive mode, and RPC mode implementations. Fix null safety for readFileSync and contextUsage.percent in auto.ts. Add discriminated union narrowing for dispatch results. Add string type guards for select() return values in commands.ts. Align ProviderErrorPauseUI notify signature.
