Mikael Hugo 68178a9260 fix(rpc-test): use .js extension for recovery module import ... tsgo rejects `.ts` extensions in imports without allowImportingTsExtensions. Updated the test to import from "./feedback-queue-recovery.js" which is both ESM-compatible and matches the rest of the package convention.
