* refactor: replace MCPorter CLI with native MCP client using @modelcontextprotocol/sdk MCPorter is a third-party global CLI that fails to install on many systems, producing error noise on every startup. Replace it with a native extension that uses the already-bundled @modelcontextprotocol/sdk Client class directly.
