Development planning artifacts (.gsd/) are project-specific state that
lives in worktree branches during active development. Tracking them on
main causes merge conflicts with worktree-isolated auto-mode and leaves
stale snapshots that mislead.
- Remove 157 .gsd/ files from git tracking (kept on disk)
- Replace granular .gsd/ gitignore rules with single .gsd/ entry
- Files remain available locally for reference

Eliminate slice branches — all work commits sequentially on milestone/<MID>
within auto-mode worktrees. No branch creation, switching, or merging
within a worktree. Planning artifacts (.gsd/milestones/) tracked in git
properly instead of being blanket-gitignored then force-added.
Removes ~2,600 lines: ensureSliceBranch, switchToMain, mergeSliceToMain,
mergeSliceToMilestone, shouldUseWorktreeIsolation, getMergeToMainMode,
withMergeHeal, recoverCheckout, fix-merge dispatch/labels, and associated
tests. Adds legacy_slice_branches doctor check, deprecation warnings for
git.isolation and git.merge_to_main preferences.

* fix: include export-html templates in pkg/ shim for --export support (#370)
The --export command fails with ENOENT because getExportTemplateDir()
resolves to pkg/dist/core/export-html/ which doesn't exist. The build
script copies themes into pkg/dist/ but had no equivalent step for
export-html templates.
- Add copy-export-html build script mirroring copy-themes pattern
- Chain copy-export-html into the build script
- Fix .gitignore: re-negate pkg/dist/ after the catch-all dist/ rule
- Add vendor/ exception for pkg/dist/core/export-html/vendor/
- Commit template.html, template.css, template.js, and vendor/ files

The test imported from 'vitest' which isn't installed, causing
ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND and failing the CI unit test step. All other
test files use node:test. Swapped the import and removed the
vitest conditional wrapper.

* docs: fix stale 'main' references in merge comments and prompts
The slice merge code correctly resolves to the integration branch
(which may be a feature branch, worktree branch, etc.), but comments,
JSDoc, and prompt templates still said 'main' as if it were always
the literal main branch.
Updated git-service.ts, worktree.ts, system.md, and
guided-complete-slice.md to say 'integration branch' with a clear
explanation of what that means.

Vendor all 4 Pi packages (tui, ai, agent-core, coding-agent) from
pi-mono v0.57.1 as @gsd/* workspace packages under packages/. This
replaces the compiled npm dependency (@mariozechner/pi-coding-agent)
and patch-package workflow, giving direct source access for
modifications.
- Copy Pi source from pi-mono v0.57.1 into packages/
- Create workspace package.json + tsconfig.json for each package
- Rename ~240 imports from @mariozechner/pi-* to @gsd/pi-*
- Apply existing patches as source edits (setModel persist, VT input)
- Remove @mariozechner/pi-coding-agent dep and patch-package
- Update build pipeline to build packages in dependency order
- Add pi-upstream git remote for future selective syncing

The .gsd/ directory contains user-specific GSD project artifacts that
should never be committed. Remove all tracked .gsd files and consolidate
the .gitignore entries to a single .gsd/ rule.

- /gsd next: same state machine as /gsd auto but pauses between units
with a wizard showing what completed and what's next
- /gsd (bare): now defaults to step mode instead of the old guided flow
- /gsd auto: unchanged — continuous execution without pausing
- Deleted /gsd-run slash command (redundant with /gsd auto)
- Step mode preserves through discuss → auto-start transition
- User can switch from step → auto mid-session via wizard option
- Progress widget shows NEXT/AUTO based on current mode
