Simplify SlackEventApiEndpointView methods (#2384) 
# What this PR does

Simplifies `_get_organization_from_payload` and
`_get_slack_team_identity_from_payload` methods on
`SlackEventApiEndpointView`, so it's (hopefully) easier to grasp.
