# What this PR does
We noticed that the backend was adding the stack name to the
notification title only on Android.
We thought it makes sense to add the stack name only if the user has
more than 1 stack connected, but that's not doable right now since the
backend doesn't know how many stacks are connected in the app.
Also we took a look at the analytics for the app and basically 95% of
the users have only 1 stack connected.
This pr removes the stack name from the notifications title.
If in the future we think it makes sense to add it conditionally based
on the number of stacks we can open another pr, but given the very
little amount of users with more than 1 stack I think this is not
needed.

Cached final schedule keeps a (now - 15d, now + 6m) window
representation of a schedule (this representation always use users'
username; it will un-relate users that are not anymore associated to a
schedule).

Makes it so that:
* Shift swap requests are not created from Google Calendar for deleted
orgs
* On-call shift mobile app notifications are not sent to users from

# Which issue(s) this PR fixes
So because of how we run the task that sends the "You're going oncall"
push notifications, there are sometimes rounding "errors" in the
displayed text of the push notification. For example, if you've
configured your mobile app to remind you 12h before your on-call shift
starts it sometimes might say:
> You're going oncall in 11 hours
This is because of the [background task being executed every
10mins](https://github.com/grafana/oncall/blob/dev/engine/settings/base.py#L545-L548)
and us continually checking if now is the appropriate time to send the
notification (we took this approach because we don't have any easy way
of emitting an event exactly when a shift starts.. yay ical).
This PR corrects that by rounding to the closest configuration value
that we allow.
