Subject: [PATCH] Update readme (#4012)

Remove links to discussions  and community call.
Brief explanation:
- We are not keeping up with discussion forum better to direct people to
open an issue or chat in slack for the team to see it
- Community call info to be posted to other channels when the next one
is scheduled.
